I always start with a question. Why do we do it this way?

Curiosity has been central to my existence since I was a child, always wanting
to understand how things work and why they operate the way they do.

In my questioning, there are some truths I’ve come to believe in. Here are a few:

I believe inspiration is a discipline that requires deliberate practice.

I believe story is king.

I believe great solutions first require an even better question.

I believe you have to speak to the heart to move the mind.

I believe great people are more important than really good ideas.

More than anything, I want to be a part of creating experiences where people walk out and say...
